Cancelling An Order

Cancellations are possible noting charges will be incurred depending on the stage of cancellation. 

If paid and unpicked there is a cancellation fee of $20 (this covers original payment surcharge, refund surcharge and admin fee). 

If dispatched, there is an additional fee to cover picking, packing and freight both ways (dependant on customer destination).

If unpaid and unpicked there no cancellation fee.

To avoid cancellation fee we can apply the purchase amount as a credit on your account.

To cancel an order please email us specifying the order or invoice number or failing that the email address used to make the order. The easiest way is to reply to the order confirmation we sent you which will have all of this information and simply request cancellation and account credit.
