Wild yeast fermented, no additions, vegan friendly, preservative free, unfined and unfiltered, nothing but fermented grapes at their finest.

A less is more regime in the vineyard and the winery has resulted in a fresher more uncompromising wine stylistically. Handpicked and sorted and then added to open fermenters before undergoing plunging. Consigned to stainless steel after fermentation this wine was bottled shortly after with little additions and was neither fined nor filtered.

A traditional blend with a modern natural twist from the McLaren Vale. Bright raspberry liquorice, red currant, and floral aromatics. Palate vibrant with black cherry and a touch of spice, smooth tannins provide texture and depth and balanced acidity carries the length. A youthful expression of a prevalent McLaren Vale blend with loads fruit intensity and complexity, made using natural philosophies with no additions and no sulphur.
