This is fresh and crisp with loads of zesty, sweet fruit flavours. There are light and fresh tropical fruit flavours rather than too much herbaceousness. It has a nicely weighted palate and along with its citrussy acidity, has combined to give it its great persistence of flavour. This is well flavoured Sauvignon Blanc best enjoyed as a young wine, serve with or without a meal.
