Bright and clear colour with the tiniest hint of green/gold. Gently aromatic, this has light passionfruit and ripe pear on the nose, all complexed with just a hint of cut grass. Delicious drinking! It has excellent zestiness and fresh herbaceous flavours together with a good palate weight. The lovely acidity contributes to the very good persistence of flavour. Our SSB is crisp and fruity with a pleasingly dry finish. Best enjoyed while fresh and young wine.
