Eager to exploit the terroir riches of this stunning natural wonder, waves of newcomers from around Italy and abroad have settled, relying on both traditional methods and modern enology to search for Etna’s truest expression.

90% Carricante, 10% indigenous varieties (Minnella, Inzolia, Grecancico, Catarratto)

Tangerine, Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, slight chicken stock and smokiness, some dried herb. It’s kind of waxy and fleshy, fine powdery grip, a little bit wild and rustic, with a salty fino thing, earthy, kind of gauze bandage character, though it fits well within the wine, and a nut and orange flavour to close.
