This vibrant wine displays a pale straw colour with green hues. Fresh aromas of apple, pear, citrus and quince notes introduce this wine, followed up by a background of freshly baked buns. The palate opens up to flavours of quince, pear, loquat and cantaloupe that seamlessly flow with the delicate, fine bubbles and balanced dosage. A poised and elegant Prosecco showing strong varietal intensity and a wonderful persistent finish. 

Like white peach and a custard bun like character, as if venturing into more elite sparkling wine complexities, a result no doubt of the addition of reserve base wines up to three years of age, providing some depth to the palate with a delicate balancing between youthful acidity and a softening top up of expedition liquor.
