This wine is made of 100% Riesling grapes, fermented into a dry taste. This terroir yields the excellent flavour of this wine.

Very light colour in the glass, with lovely mineral, slaty, stony aromas. The palate is crisp and intense with lively and cleansing acidity, drive and persistence, but also wonderful linearity. Serious riesling. Lip-smacking vitality. Finesse, line and length to burn. It's near enough to dry, unusual for a Mosel.
