Tread Softly is a contemporary range of wines seeking to deliver delicious, intensely flavoured wines that are naturally medium weighted and moderate in alcohol. By using more sustainable vineyard management and wine-making techniques to ensure their production has had a minimal impact to the environment. 

Fruit for the Tread Softly premium range was Sourced from established vineyards of the Coldstream sub region of the Yarra Valley.

Yarra Valley Chardonnay that is focussed and nicely structured. It shows citrus and cashew aromas on the nose and palate making for an impressive and long lasting flavour profile. Satisfying French oak is seamless and underpins the experience prior to a long finish. 

Very much the modern approach here. Good value, good drinking, lower than usual alcohol (11%) and consideration given to the impact on the environment. The wine sees time in used French oak barriques. Pale lemon in colour, the nose offers citrus notes and gentle oak integration. Florals, cashes, lemons, the palate has some richness and depth but the wine is fresh and delicious. There are lovely crème brulee and lemon pie notes on the palate.
