Sourced from established vineyards of the rich soils of the border of Victoria and South Australia. The vines are mostly dry-grown and utilise expert canopy management to help to control ripening and vigour. 

A delightful pale pink Prosecco delights on the nose with fresh pear, apple and subtle citrus fruit with delicate florals and subtle spice in support. The wine has a fine, persistent bead and the freshness of acidity keeps it dry on the long finish. Pair with basil, mozzarella, and tomato crostini.
