Produced with 100% Pecorino grapes, this Abruzzi wine from Tenuta Ulisse bears the name of the cheese of the same name probably because the shepherds brought the flocks to pasture right among the vineyards themselves. The organoleptic test of this white wine from Abruzzo shows a fairly intense straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is very intense with pleasing notes of white and exotic fruit. In the mouth it denotes a good acidity and minerality, given by citrus notes of grapefruit and papaya.
