The Stonehaven winery was built in 1998 by Hardy’s, with a focus to express what the Limestone Coast can offer as a region. Since then the brand has relaunched back into the market with wth a refreshed look with a range of wines for every occasion.

This Shiraz is full bodied with a smooth rich texture. Notes of blackberry, cherry and dark chocolate are balanced with hints of pepper spice. The palate is concentrated and mouth-filling.

Picked in two small batches a week apart, the first with preferment maceration, early pressed to French hogsheads. Juicy medium-bodied style with layers of flavour, ranging through blackberry, tar, licorice and plum, then a dark chocolate farewell. Finesse and elegance are its calling cards.
