The Stonehaven winery was built in 1998 by Hardy’s, with a focus to express what the Limestone Coast can offer as a region. Since then the brand has relaunched back into the market with wth a refreshed look with a range of wines for every occasion.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with a rich texture. Notes of blackberry and classic dark fruits are superbly integrated with the spicy French oak characters for that lasting impression.

Ten months' maturation in hogheads before barrel selection. Boysenberry, ripe red cherry and blackberry pie. Pencil shavings, black granite and tar. Sage and bay leaf followed by clove, winter pine and dark chocolate. A taut and compact palate with blue fruit coming through and tobacco and cigar pouch. Nicely integrated and drinking well now.
