Monte Tondo Mito Soave 2023
Monte Tondo can be found nestling in the gentle hills of Soave just a few kilometres from Verona on a slope overlooking the valley. Mito, meaning small and referring to it being the ‘baby’ of the Monte Tondo range is made from 100% Garganega grapes, this is a great entry point in to the wonderful world of Soave.

A fine opening act, boasting hints of baking spices, golden apples and alpine herbs. The palate is light-weighted with a pungent mineral infusion. A little green and phenolic at the finish.
