Pale straw in colour with a chartreuse-tinted rim. Complex aromas of green apple and stone fruits meld fully with savoury nuttiness and a spicy note of fresh vanilla pod. The palate, showing pear and orange blossom flavours, is tightly focused yet retains the silky signature pinot gris richness.
