Named after the constellation above due to the Estate’s proximity to the Grote Reber Radio Telescope, Centaurus is our most expressive Pinot Noir. This wine originates from the most unique blocks located amongst the old vines & along the banks of Pittwater. Often darker & full bodied this wine is a pure expression of the conditions it was made in. American & French oak is used in the making of this wine.
