The wine-growing culture of the Nuiton-Beaunoy wines is based on the fruit grown with a close collaboration between the wine growers and the technicians at the Cave des Hautes-Côtes, all of whom share a passion for vines and wine. Their objective is to craft the wines that will become the ambassadors for their region, requiring close attention to detail in their work. While the people of Nuiton-Beaunoy respect the values of their history, they are also committed to adapting and reinventing themselves, without ever denying their roots.

Deep-ish red with a tint of purple, the bouquet shows sweet cherry fruit that turns deliciously succulent and fruit-sweet in the mouth, where the fine tannins back up providing good structure and augmenting the length. It tastes rich and very ripe, generous in fruit and there are ample tannins in balance. Alcohol warmth lingers: it's an extreme style ripeness-wise, but it works. Sourced from a 2.4-acre walled monopole owned and operated entirely by the Nuiton-Beaunoy cooperative, this perfumed Pinot Noir bursts with sun-kissed plum and black-cherry flavors accented by swathes of blossom and sweet spice. A rich, fruit-forward wine, it's grounded by a deep, earthen minerality and an upright spine of acidity and tannin. At peak from 2024 through 2030, the wine should hold longer still.
