The Hero wines are hand-crafted from the best quality fruit sourced from premium vineyards across South Australia, including McLaren Vale and the Barossa. With meticulous handling in the vineyard and winery, the pristine fruit will have less exposure to anything harmful that may normally require the addition of preservatives. The wines are crafted to be brightly coloured, exotically fragrant, full-flavoured and critically, they sing without the addition of preservatives. Perfectly suited to many cuisines, these wines are also crafted to ensure they are suitable for Vegans. 

Made without the use of any preservatives. Hand picked over night during cool temperatures to preserve delicate fruit characters. Pressed directly off skins and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. A long cool ferment for approximately 10 days. The wine was left on yeast lees for two months before bottling early to maintain freshness.

Crisp nashi pear and white floral aromatics. The palate is crisp with lemon peel, green apple and honeysuckle flavours followed by a saline minerality that leaves you wanting more!
