This blend expands on the varieties usually included in Provence Rosé with Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Syrah. The vines are situated in various parts of the Provence region. No malolactic fermentation to enhance the wine’s zesty acidity. The colour is an appealing pale pink in a wine that just screams summer. Lovely floral aromatics and those enticing strawberry and cream notes with endless red berry compote and hints of fresh citrus. This is a classic and classically delightful Provence style of Rosé.
