A collaboration between Darrin Gaffy and Douglas Neal, two Winemakers who share a passion for traditional winemaking and wines with flavour and character.

A dominant green tinge with straw background augurs well for significant ageing. Citrus fruits of Meyer lemon, grapefruit and tangelo peel add to the white nectarine that’s present. A touch of brioche, meal and cashew; as the wine opens – fennel frond, peat and charcuterie, another subtle layer.

The palate is fine, elegant and creamy; white peach and ruby grapefruit in full throttle, humming long on the palate. A textural wine with considerable depth that ends with a mineral saline-like tang flourish, keeping the wine clean, full and crisp.
