First Creek Wines is a family owned and operated winery based in the Hunter Valley. Winemaker, Liz Silkman and the team consistently make wines that highlight the great diversity of styles from the Hunter Valley, as well as examples from other wine regions. First Creek’s emphasis on careful fruit selection and a rigorous attention to detail throughout the winemaking process has produced  a range of wines that appeals to both critics and consumers alike.

Classic varietal aromas including apricot, white peach and citrus. A lighter style of Chardonnay with classic stone fruit characters balanced with fresh citrus notes. Pleasantly soft, creamy mouthfeel.
