This Pinot Noir is bright purple in colour, with a lifted bouquet and a red berry,subtle spice perfume. Fruit driven and easy to drink, graceful yet not dominated by spice. Overall the wine has wonderful poise and balance with remarkable length of flavour as all great Pinot Noirs should. The gentle handling method and basket press used to make this wine maximises retention of the sweet enticing flavours and prevents the extraction of harsh bitter tannins.
