Dandelion Vineyards defies normal description, it is perhaps Australia’s most quixotic fusion of vineyard and vigneron. Every bottle signs off with “Wish you were here...” Every wine is sourced from a single site. At the end of our old vine garden path there is a historic Menagerie of three grape varieties, adjoining blocks of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro at Gomersal in the Barossa. 

Oh boy does this one hang together beautifully. A classic Barossa combination that has proved to be such a winner over the years. Bright red fruits with raspberry and floral rose petal nuances. It’s medium bodied but carries so much, thoroughly delicious flavour. There’s a slightly dusty chalky finish to complement the sweet red fruits.
