Cowpunk are small batch wines made from single sites, crafted by award winning winemaker Aaron Mercer. Organic, vegan, preservative free, and with no additions these are wines of real interest and great drinkability. 

Sourced from a 20-year-old organic vineyard in Canowindra, NSW. Made in the Traditional ‘Pet Nat’ way - Chardonnay juice was put into bottle with no additions to ferment and produce a naturally sparkling style full of refreshment.

This is a vibrant and fruit driven style full of energy and refreshment. There is a great juxtaposition between fresh and bruised apples, hints of yeasty complexity and a dry finish that is full of vivacity.
