A superlative '19, densely packed with the vintage's forceful dry extract while maintaining a strong fealty to regional type with a featherweight strut across the palate, boding well for a long, bright future. Balletic and finely tuned. Lemongrass, barley water, quince and candied citrus zest are thrust long by a chalky waft of acidity.
