Pristine definition of pure and driving damson, cherry and plum, with understated vanilla oak. Deep and long, the palate reveals a cascade of fleshy black fruits over ripe, fine-grained tannins and fruit-bonded acidity. Lovely stuff. Rating: 95 Points & Gold Medal; Decanter World Wine Awards
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec blend. Rounded, fresh aromas of rum, raisins and menthol. Delicious to drink, as chewy as a Grenache, but textured and slightly tannic with deep dark fruits. Bravo. Rating: 95 Points; Forbes

A soft, plush wine with no hard edges and plenty of appeal. Inky dark cherry, plum, crème de cassis, mocha, chocolate, sweet French oak and espresso all run through this sumptuous, racy Côtes de Blaye. The is a dramatic, exotic and virile, with tons of personality. Rating: 90-92 Points; Antonio Galloni; Vinous
Aromas of dark plums, dried herbs, mushrooms and baking spices. Medium-bodied with fine tannins. It has juicy, savory character with a creamy texture. Merlot, cabernet sauvignon and malbec. Drink or hold. Rating: 90-91 Points; James Suckling
