The winegrowing farm Piero Benevelli, situated in Monforte d’Alba in the heart of the Barolo Langa, is composed by around 8 hectares of vineyards, from which approximately 40.000 bottles of wine are produced. This quantity allows us to maintain a family management of the Company, from the work in the estates to the winery. The estate is a committed to preserve the traditions and not abandon the teachings of those who came before them, at the same time supplement this knowledge with the use of modern technologies.

This Langhe Nebbiolo offers a fragrant and perfumed expression of Nebbiolo from Monforte. For Langhe Nebbiolo this is seriously structured with complexity that is not normally seen at this price point. 

Red fruits, perfume, liquorice root, a little spice. It's medium to full-bodied, has a juicy red fruited succulence, freshness to acidity, appropriate slightly rusty tannin, tea and almond on a finish of excellent length. Gee, this is a textbook expression of Nebbiolo that has style and purity, and better still, it's an absolute bargain.
