After searching the globe for an ideal place to plant vines with the aim of making high quality wines, Bellarmine Wines was founded in 2000 on a picturesque property in the pristine cool climate region of Pemberton, South-West Western Australia.

This is in the typical Aussie dry style, and gives just what we expect. Citrus aromas, floral, with a touch of flower blossom. Leads to a palate showing lime flavours and background minerality.

A pristine and pure dry style riesling displaying delightful floral limey aromas. The palate has a chalky racy sherbet-like character with a subtle degree of tension. Finishes with a precise minerality. Excellent wine now but has cellaring potential. Rating: 92 Points; Ray Jordan
