Archery Road, named after the local archery club, is situated at the southern central area of the Barossa Valley. The surrounding landscape is bound by ridges to the east and the west and has great diversity of soils, providing a range of flavour profiles in the grapes grown in the region.

The Longbow Shiraz is a blend of hand-selected low yielding parcels. The wine offers generous flavours of black fruit, olive and pepper spice. Restrained oak and silky tannins ensures the palate has great depth and length for a complex finish.

A wonderful expression of the Barossa in a very good year. This comes off a number of low yielding blocks to capture the essential depth and concentration, albeit with a smooth finish. The oak is a mix of French, American and Hungarian, of which 40% was new. Loads of dark chocolate and black fruit, dark plum flavours with a decent dusting of cocoa complimented by a final lift of pepper and spice.
