Archery Road, named after the local archery club, is situated at the southern central area of the Barossa Valley. The surrounding landscape is bound by ridges to the east and the west and has great diversity of soils, providing a range of flavour profiles in the grapes grown in the region.
The Bullseye Shiraz is handcrafted from the finest grapes each year. Full-bodied and rich, the wine displays notes of aromatic black fruit concentrates and Middle Eastern spice, with integrated oak and fine tannins supporting the palate for a complex finish.
A mighty impressive Barossa Shiraz from this wonderful vintage. Smooth, seamless and balanced from the get-go. It’s a generous full-bodied wine, loaded with deep and intense black fruits showing some nice spicy characters. A little coffee grinds and licorice characters add to the palate complexity. Elegant and seamlessly stylish. Date: Jan 2025; Drink: 2025-2040; Rating: 96 Points; Ray Jordan
