Pale straw with a bright, energetic bead and mousse. Green apple, citrus fruits, grapefruit pith and lemon with hints of apple turnover, soft spice, proving dough, marzipan and stone. Dry, crisp and long on the finish with tight focus and nervy acidity pulsing through the wine. Finishes with a trail of citrus, soft spice and pastries. Great value.
